In this session, we will look at your training load and nutrition and create a strategy around fuelling and recovery.
The aim is to have you hydrated and prepared for each session, and to have a recovery plan in place. This will help your performance and reduce your risk of illness and injury.
Sessions are via video call and includes food diary review and consultation.
