Achievements
Sub 30 minute 5km I’m coming back to running from an ankle and knee injury last year (2020), so feel like I’m starting all over again with my running! 2021 goals are to achieve a Parkrun PB (my best time is 35:37), and to build up my strength and endurance

What Inspires You
My great friend Anita who I used to train with who encourages and pushes me to train and always enter that event. My PT Lozza who is encouraging and always pushes me to do 1 more rep! My husband Matt who is always at each and every event cheering me on and encouraging me to keep going.
Big Goals
Sydney City to Surf, half marathons, marathons. Port Macquarie Running Festival Treble Breakwall Buster (21.1km + 10km + 5km)
Nutrition Tips
I can’t eat too much before training or an event, so if i’am hungry I only have a banana or small yoghurt, sometimes just a coffee. Always hydrate before a race too! And afterwards! Lots of protein after a race
