Hi, my name is Amy, I’m a newbie triathlete from Sydney Australia.


This year I'm training to complete my first half ironman in 2022. I hopefully will do a try a tri in may 2021. I'm also wanting to start playing tennis again with looking at competition in middle to late end of the year.

Age is just a number ... it doesn't define us.

What Inspires You

I look up to so many people but most of all it’s the ones that get out there and do it for themselves. The ones that may be plagued with depression but still get out there and enjoy the fresh air, achieve their own goals. I do belong to a triathlon group and they all inspire me. Anyone that has goals and reaches for them is an inspiration.

Big Goals

Mostly aiming to managing arthritis. To compete in tennis at competition level. To complete a full Ironman distance at Port Macquarie one day, complete Sunshine Coast 70.3 in the next few years.

Nutrition Tips

Natural protein powders, pea protein powders (I I have a lactose issue with stomach so these work well) + Hydrating well stops issues with stomach and most importantly cramping in legs.
