Achievements
My longest run was my first ever marathon in 2019 just before I got pregnant with my second son. I'm hoping to finish another marathon and get a better time. Just trying to get back to race times and get back to fit and healthy.
Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves back up.
What Inspires You
My family makes me want to be a fitter healthier mum. And to show my boys you can do anything when you put your mind to it
Big Goals
I want to drop back to my ideal weight and be more toned this time around. Also I want to run an away race. Travel somewhere for a race

Drinking a lot of water throughout the day definitely helps me to stay healthy and drop weight. Everything needs to be balanced mental, exercise, physical, food
