What Inspires You
My dad was the reason I first got into triathlon as a 9 year old. Growing up watching him complete Ironman races inspired me to go along the same journey, so far doing a 70.3 race two years ago at 20 years old. My training crew, my coach, and my family all inspire me to be a better athlete and a better person as well.
Big Goals
IM 70.3 World Champs one day 🤞🏼 Full Ironman in Port Mac 😬
Nutrition Tips
Having studied a bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition, I have a great passion for all things nutrition. I recommend not sculling fluids prior to a race as it increases the risk of needing to pee before beginning and in turn flushing out electrolytes needed for good racing performance.
