Hi, I'm Samantha. I'm a trail loving, road running triathlete from South Australia.
Achievements
I'm proud of many achievements from 5km events- 100km event and half Ironmans but my highlight event would be the New York City Marathon in 2013 and 2014. I am currently training for my 4th half Ironman event.

Nutrition Tips
In longer endurance events eat earlier on as it gets harder to get the food in as the hours tick by. Then fuel more with liquids if need in the back end of the event.
