- 30 Grams Bindi Pea Protein chocolate
- 250 Grams Pitted Dates
- 200 Grams Cashews
- 50 Grams Pepitas
- 50 Grams Coconut Oil melted
- Pinch of sea salt
- Dessicated coconut to roll balls
Process all ingredients in a high speed mixer or Thermomix (Sp 9 for 20-30 secs) until the mixture is evenly combined.
Shape into 16 balls and roll in coconut.
