  • 1 1/3 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 Cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Bindi Pea Protein Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Maple or Rice Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil not melted
  • Good quality Dark Choc to coat
Blend cashews, protein & coconut until ground. Add coconut oil & syrup and blend until combined. Roll mixture into balls, cover & freeze for 30 mins. Melt choc in microwave on medium for approx. 2 mins (stir once). Coat balls in choc & roll in coconut. Cover and set in fridge. Delish! 🥥
