Chocolate-Blueberry PrOATmeal
- 3/4 Cup Oats
- Boiling Water
- 2 Tbsp Bindi Chocolate Protein Powder
- Toppings peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seends, a square of dark chocolate, banana
1. Put oats into a bowl and cover with boiling water
2. Cover and leave to soak for 10-30 minutes (as long as possible)
3. Stir then cover again and leave to soak for another 5 minutes
4. Stir and add blueberries, protein powder and honey
5. Microwave for 60-90 seconds (adjust to get the texture you like)
6. Add toppings eg peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, a square of dark chocolate, banana
7. Enjoy!
