Chocolate-Blueberry PrOATmeal

Not just any oatmeal, this chocolate Blueberry PrOATmeal is warm, delicious and filling. Packed with protein and carbs it is the perfect winter post-training brekkie. Thanks to Tia Chitty for this yummy recipe!

Chocolate-Blueberry PrOATmeal

  • 3/4 Cup Oats
  • Boiling Water
  • 2 Tbsp Bindi Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Toppings peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seends, a square of dark chocolate, banana
1. Put oats into a bowl and cover with boiling water 2. Cover and leave to soak for 10-30 minutes (as long as possible) 3. Stir then cover again and leave to soak for another 5 minutes 4. Stir and add blueberries, protein powder and honey 5. Microwave for 60-90 seconds (adjust to get the texture you like) 6. Add toppings eg peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, a square of dark chocolate, banana 7. Enjoy!
