Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk unsweetened or any milk you prefer
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Bindi Protein Powder Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup or other sweetener such as maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender, mix well and put into a jar or other container (if donβt have a blender you can mix well by hand).
Place jar in refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).
Top with fresh berries and some roasted almonds. Or try some crunchy peanut butter and blueberries!
Eat within 24 hours for best results.
NOTES
* Try swapping out the chocolate protein for vanilla protein
* Replace the Cacao powder with Maca powder for a mood boosting serve of Vitamin B, C and E, calcium, iron and magnesium
