Chocolate Chia Pudding

There is nothing more satisfying than coming in from an early training session and opening the fridge to one of these little beauties. Simple to prepare the night before, these Chia Puddings are packed with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, and will provide fibre, iron and calcium to kick-start your day.

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk unsweetened or any milk you prefer
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Bindi Protein Powder Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tsp Agave Syrup or other sweetener such as maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender, mix well and put into a jar or other container (if don’t have a blender you can mix well by hand). Place jar in refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours). Top with fresh berries and some roasted almonds. Or try some crunchy peanut butter and blueberries! Eat within 24 hours for best results. NOTES * Try swapping out the chocolate protein for vanilla protein * Replace the Cacao powder with Maca powder for a mood boosting serve of Vitamin B, C and E, calcium, iron and magnesium
