Serves

  • 30 grams Raw cacao powder
  • 40 grams Tahini
  • 150 grams Coconut Oil
  • 50 grams Honey or rice malt syrup
  • 2 tsp Bindi Supergreens powder
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • Extras eg cranberries, roasted nuts, dried fried fruits
Add all ingredients except the Supergreens powder into a small saucepan over low heat. Stir slowly but continuously until the ingredients are melted, well combined and liquid. Remove from heat and sprinkle in the Supergreens powder along with your choice of add in/extras such as cranberries and nuts. Gently fold through the chocolate mixture until the powder is well mixed in and all extras are well coated. Pour the melted chocolate liquid into a lined baking tray and spread out. Ad more extras to the top of the bark. Place in the freezer to set. Once set, either break up the chocolate by snapping it in to pieces (if thin enough) or using a sharp knife to cut it in to chunks. Keep either in the fridge or freezer in an air container to store. *PLEASE NOTE: for vegan substitute honey for preferred vegan liquid sweetener such maple or rice malt syrup. Optional Add Ins: Mix in your choice of dried cranberries, roasted nuts, seeds or mixed dried fruits if you wish.
