HEALTHY CHOC BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS 😋

  • 4 pc eggs
  • 2 pc large ripe bananas⁠
  • 1/2 cup rice syrup/maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut/almond butter⁠
  • 1 1/2 cup blanched almond meal⁠
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup Bindi Pea Protein Chocolate⁠
  • 1 tsp ⁠ GF baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste⁠
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt⁠
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. 2. Line muffin tray with 12 paper cases. 3. Whisk eggs until frothy. 4. Add mashed banana, syrup and nut butter and mix with a wooden spoon until batter-like. 5. Add almond meal, baking powder, protein, cacao, vanilla and salt & stir until well combined. ⁠ 6. Spoon batter into cases and bake for 15-20 minutes⁠ 🤎 Gluten Free⁠ 🤎 Dairy Free⁠ 🤎 Refined sugar free⁠ ⁠Store for 1 week⁠ Freeze for 1 month⁠ ⁠
