These no-bake bars are a perfect chocolate-ly protein hit. Easy to make, they keep well in the fridge and will get you through a busy afternoon with a cup of tea!

  • 100 Grams Rolled Oats
  • 80 Grams Bindi Pea Protein chocolate
  • 100 Grams Medjool dates pitted
  • 50 Grams Pepitas
  • 50 Grams Sunflower seeds
  • 50 Grams Shredded coconut
  • 40 Grams Rice bran syrup
  • 120 Grams Coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 30 Grams Cacao Nibs
Blitz oats and protein powder in food processor until finely ground. Add all other ingredients except cacao nibs and blend again until all ingredients are chopped and mixture starts to come together. Fold through cacao nibs. Press into a tin lined with baking paper and sprinkle top with extra coconut and pepitas. Refrigerate until firm and then slice into approximately 16 bars.
