Raspberry Ripe Protein Balls

Like a cherry ripe but healthy too... these are the ultimate treat in a protein ball. Created by Anthea Brown they are coconut-ey, filling and totally delish!

Raspberry Ripe Protein Balls

  • 1.5 Cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Oats Gluten Free
  • 1.5 Cups Raw Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Bindi Pea Protein Vanilla
  • 1.5 Cup Raspberries Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Syrup
  • 2 Blocks Dark Chocolate 70%
1. Blend cashews, oats, coconut and protein until finely ground 2. Heat and mash raspberries then add to dry mixture with rice syrup 3. Blend until combined 4. Roll mixture into balls, cover and freeze for 30 mins 5. Melt chocolate in microwave on medium for 2-3 mins 6. Coat balls in chocolate (drain on fork) and place on baking paper 7. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate to decorate 8. Cover and set in fridge
