S’more’s Choc Protein Cookies

makes 12-15 balls
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut (or brown) sugar
  • 1 1 teasp flaxseed flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tblsp tblsp Bindi Choc protein powder
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teasp bicarbonate of soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tblsp plant based milk
  • 1/4 cup choc chips optional
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Mix melted oil, sugar & flaxseed in a bowl Add flour, cacao, protein, salt & bicarbonate to wet mixture. Add milk and mix Add choc chips and mix Roll mixture in to balls and press spaced out onto baking paper… Bake for 15 mins Add Easter egg or chocolate and sea salt flakes onto top of cookie while still warm
