Vanilla Protein Healthy Granola

Crunchy, healthy and high protein - try this simple granola sprinkled on yoghurt, topped with fruit or swirled through a smoothie bowl. Yum!

Vanilla Protein Healthy Granola

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Almonds raw, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pepitas raw
  • 1/3 Cup Bindi Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Honey or agave or maple syrup
  • 1`/3 Cup Coconut Oil melted
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celcius and line a baking tray with non-stick paper. 2. In a large bowl, mix Rolled Oats, chopped Almonds, Pepitas, Bindi Vanilla Protein Powder, Flax Seed Meal, Coconut Flakes, Cinnamon and Sea Salt. 3. Drizzle in honey and coconut oil and stir through to evenly coat mixture. 4. Spread evenly on baking tray and back in the over for 25-30 minutes or until golden. 5. Cool completely before serving and store in an air-tight jar.
