Hi, I’m Beth, I’m a Mum for two little boys from Sydney who is trying to stay fit and healthy to keep up with them. I started out walking/running a few year ago to lose weight after my second pregnancy. I managed to lose 25kg and gain a love for fitness and exercise. My main sport is running and trail running. However, I have just started getting into triathlon’s but I still have a lot of work to do!


I have completed Blackmores 1/2 Marathon twice and managed to get exactly the same time twice! Last year I survived my first triathlon and this year my goal is to do a bigger one! I’m currently training for UTA22 this will be the 3rd time I have done it.
