Hi I'm Luke from Wagga Wagga NSW. I'm a Marathon/Ultra Marathon Runner and Triathlete.
In my first round at the local Triathlon series, I took 2nd in my Age Group. I used to weigh 160kg, and had surgery. After this I realised that fitness was my way to prove that anything can be done. My Pbs are 5km 20:00, 10km 41:53, Half Marathon 1.34:53, Marathon 3.30:27 50km 5.55:16

What Inspires You
The opportunity for training partners locally is astronomical. My family is who I look up to and makes me strive for the next challenge. Seeing my kids looking up to me and wanting to be like me, is my biggest achievement
I would love to run a sub-3-hour marathon, and sub 1:30 half marathon
Don't try anything new on race day. Use the time during training to maximize your nutrition. Make sure you hydrate all the time and everyday, and after a session, recovery is just as important with protein.
