Running a sub 18-minute 5k as a 14-year old and beating my PB by 2-minutes! Haven't run that fast since I ran that time 5-years ago. Maybe 2022 will be the year...

What Inspires You

An athlete I really look up to is Eloise Wellings. The way she's pulled herself through years of injuries, made three olympics, and now moved onto conquering the marathon!

Big Goals

I really want to compete overseas! I love to travel, so one day would love to race a marathon somewhere in America!

Nutrition Tips

Eating a balanced diet. It's important to fuel well as a runner, especially before and after sessions. Protein is so important for muscle recovery and assisting muscle adaptations to all the hard work!
