BISCOFF OVERNIGHT WEET-BIX 🥣
- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Biscoff Spread melted
- 250 grams Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Biscoff biscuit
Crush the weet-bix into a bowl, add milk and stir. Press mixture into serving dish to create a base. Refrigerate overnight if possible (or at least an hour)
In a separate bowl combine yoghurt & Biscoff spread and mix well.
Pour yoghurt mix over weet-bix base.
Crush biscuit and drizzle spread over the top…
Voila 😋
