HEALTHY CHOC BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS šŸ˜‹

Makes 12ā 
  • 4 pc eggs
  • 2 pc large ripe bananasā 
  • 1/2 cup rice syrup/maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut/almond butterā 
  • 1 1/2 cup blanched almond mealā 
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup Bindi Pea Protein Chocolateā 
  • 1 tsp ā  GF baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean pasteā 
  • 1/4 tsp sea saltā 
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. 2. Line muffin tray with 12 paper cases. 3. Whisk eggs until frothy. 4. Add mashed banana, syrup and nut butter and mix with a wooden spoon until batter-like. 5. Add almond meal, baking powder, protein, cacao, vanilla and salt & stir until well combined. ā  6.
