Raw Choc Protein Pizza 🤎
- 1 cup Pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup Cashew nut or peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Collagen powder unflavoured + optional... can use extra protein in place of collagen
- 1/4 cup Protein powder Bindi Choc Pea Protein
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder
- 2 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
- 3 tbsp Cacao nibs
Blitz dates in food processor until mushy. Add nut butter and maple syrup and blitz to make a wet paste. Add collagen, protein, cacao and maca powders plus vanilla and blend until a dough consistency.
Place dough on baking paper and roll into a ball. Roll out into a circle with a rolling pin until about 1cm thick. Scatter the cacao nobs over the nibs and press lightly with your hands. Cut into slices.
