Choc Chick Energy Balls

  • 1 1/2 cups Cooked chickpeas⁠
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter⁠
  • 1/3 cup Almond meal⁠
  • 1 tbsp Bindi Vanilla Pea Protein⁠
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup⁠
  • 1/3 cup Dark choc chips⁠
Blend all ingredients except the choc chips until doughy. Pour mixture into a bowl and add choc chips.⁠ ⁠ Roll into balls. Place on a tray, cover and set in fridge 😋
