Coconut Milk

A dairy free milk alternative, coconut milk is suitable for those who are lactose intolerant as well as being a vegan friendly milk alternative. Coconut milk provides a wealth of nutrients including magnesium, iron, copper, fibre as well as medium-chain triglycerides (fat) also known as MCTs.

MCT fats are highly concentrated, so you don’t need a lot to reap some of the assumed benefits of boosting brain and memory function, helping to lower blood sugar levels and assisting with weight loss. Whilst the full extent of these benefits is still being studied, one thing is certain is coconut milk contains nutrients beneficial for good health.
